The terms on which you may use the 2wks app.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the 2wks application, also known as Timetable 2 Weeks ("the App"), published by Millyon Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute or create derivative works from it, or by using it in any unlawful way or in breach of any applicable regulations.
Timetable, homework and schedule information you enter remains yours. It is stored on your device and, where you enable iCloud, in your own Apple iCloud account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
The App, its design, and all associated content and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Millyon Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited licence set out above.
We may update, change or withdraw the App or any of its features at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or uninterrupted.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind regarding the App and disclaim all implied warranties. You are responsible for verifying important schedule information from official sources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Millyon Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
